Postcards
While reprints are perfect as a complement to your promotional materials, media kits and mailings, editorial postcards
can be utilized as standalone additions to your existing marketing efforts. They are especially useful for new product
announcements and as reminders to your clients and prospects of upcoming events. Postcards enable you to reach a mass
audience while simultaneously showcasing your product and/or service.

E-Prints
Another practical way to stimulate awareness of your company is the use of e-prints. PARS will create a
hyperlink between your website and our webserver with the article featuring your company to create e-prints (also known as electronic prints
or web-links). For viewers browsing your website, it will appear as if the article is actually posted
on your site. Although monthly charges apply, there is no limit to how long the article can be posted
on your site. Directly posting a magazine's article on your company's website is prohibited because
it is difficult to monitor usage.

Whether at a trade show, sales meeting or in your reception area, posters reinforce awareness of your company
as an industry leader. Posters can be created in all sizes and types, and can be mounted, framed, and made

Permissions
In addition to reprints and e-prints, PARS also traffics copyright permission requests for most of the magazines we
represent. Although photocopies are not nearly as attractive as professional, custom-created reproductions,
they are a permissible and, sometimes necessary, alternative with proper authorization.
In the case of either photocopies or syndication, PARS can help guide you. Please be aware that photocopying
from any copyrighted material without permission is prohibited by law.
