What are article reprints?
Well, for starters, they are not photocopies. Article reprints are customized, high-quality, professional, offset-printed copies of editorial coverage featuring your company, product, industry and/or service. Reprints align your company with highly recognized magazine brand names for a valuable third-party endorsement. Click here to see how reprints can enhance your existing marketing program.

What are e-prints?
If you want to mirror your article reprints with a likeness of them on your website, PARS will create a seamless and instantaneous hyperlink between your website and our web server with the article to create e-prints (also known as electronic prints or web-links). To persons browsing your website, it appears that the article is actually posted on your site. Although monthly charges apply, there is no limit to how long the article can be posted on your site. Contact us and we'll set up your web-link.

Do I have to order e-prints AND reprints?
No ... there are advantages to both and you can certainly choose one over the other. Many of our clients seek to maximize the editorial exposure they have received and opt to order both e-prints and reprints of the same article.

What is the minimum quantity reprint order?
The minimum quantity reprint order is 500. Reprints are more than photocopies... we use an offset-printed process to create them. Hence, it is not cost-effective for you to order less than 500 reprints ... in fact, after placing a minimum order initially, many of our clients are so impressed by the finished product that they often reorder in significantly larger quantities.

I want a price quote!

Remember, our standard is superior customer service. The best way to maintain that standard is by an ongoing commitment to listening to your needs to make sure you gain maximum use of your reprints. Contact us now to promptly receive your rate and ordering information!

I have ordered from you before and want to REORDER.
That's easy! Just click here.

Can I make photocopies instead?
Although photocopies are not nearly as attractive as professional, custom-created reproductions, they are a permissible alternative with proper authorization. Photocopying without permission is prohibited from any copyrighted material. In addition to e-prints and reprints, PARS also traffics copyright permission requests for most publications we represent. Contact us for more information.

Do the writers, photographers, and illustrators allow reuse of their material in reprints?
The answer to this question differs from article to article and from magazine to magazine. For some magazines, writers and photographers have established contractual agreements that permit reuse - others have not. You don't have to worry about any of that. PARS takes care of it all for you. We have contractually set guidelines from each of the magazines we represent and contact writers and photographers as necessary regarding reuse.

What about copyright clearance and syndication?
We understand that innovative marketing merits innovative reuse of positive editorial coverage your company has received. Sometimes reprints or e-prints are not a suitable choice for your marketing requirements. Perhaps you want to use that wonderful editorial coverage featuring your company in your upcoming sales brochure, or you want to include that great quote in your latest media campaign. Where do you go to gain permission to use this copyrighted material? PARS has contractual authorization from all of the magazines we represent for reprint rights.
We also represent many of our magazine clients in permission and syndication rights. Please click here for more information.
Just a friendly reminder that reusing copyrighted material without permission is an infringement of U.S. copyright law.

What are postcards?
While reprints are perfect as a complement to your promotional materials, media kits and mailings, editorial postcards can be utilized as standalone additions to your existing marketing efforts. They are especially useful for new product announcements and as reminders to your clients and prospects of upcoming events. Postcards enable you to reach a mass audience while simultaneously showcasing your product.
